How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days in Cairo & Giza.

If the item is on “backorder” which means preorder, it will be delivered within 10-14 working days.

Can I try the item while the courier waits for me?

Yes definitely you can; however, shipping fees should be paid whether you are going to keep the item or not.

Because we care about giving our Dual Girls the best shopping experience, we happily accept refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

Request Process
Please send your request through email with the subject:
“Refund/Exchange – [Your Order Number]”

Item Condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please include a photo of the item in your email to help us process your request faster.

Try Before You Return
You’re welcome to try your item while the courier is still at your door — just note that shipping fees will apply.

After Delivery
If the courier has already left and you wish to return or exchange later, additional shipping fees will be charged.

Partial Deliveries
We kindly ask that you accept or refuse the entire package — partial deliveries are not accepted.
If you choose to keep some items from a partial delivery and return others, double shipping fees will be applied.

Time Frame
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days only from the delivery date.
