How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days in Cairo & Giza.

If the item is on “backorder” which means preorder, it will be delivered within 10-14 working days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept paying cash upon delivery or bank transfers.

How do I place an Order?

By ordering through our website. Choose the item you want, add it to the cart and proceed to checkout.

Can I try the item while the courier waits for me?

Yes definitely you can; however, shipping fees should be paid whether you are going to keep the item or not.

What’s your refund/exchange policy?

We accept refunds/exchanges within 14 days.
If you decide to return the item while the courier is outside, you will have to pay for the shipping fees.
Also if you decide to return it later on, the shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Same applies for the exchanges.
The item should be in the same condition as received with the hangtag still tucked. We will not accept by any means items worn or washed or used at all.

How do I request a refund?

Send us an email with your order number written, a picture of the item attached and the reason for the refund/exchange for the feedback.
