How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order by clicking on “Order tracking” in the header, then add your order number to know its current status.
Can I try the item while the courier waits for me?
Yes definitely you can; however, shipping fees should be paid whether you are going to keep the item or not.
What’s your refund/exchange policy?
We accept refunds/exchanges within 14 days.
If you decide to return the item while the courier is outside, you will have to pay for the shipping fees.
Also if you decide to return it later on, the shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Same applies for the exchanges.
You can pick up your exchanged item in Garden 8, New Cairo; however, returns are through the shipping company only.
The item should be in the same condition as received with the hangtag still tucked. We will not accept by any means items worn or washed or used at all.
